Energy efficient LED workshop lighting

Energy efficient LED workshop lighting

Workshop Equipment

Increased energy prices are one of the rising costs for businesses. Using LED lighting can be cost-effective and power-efficient solution that will help with rising costs.

High bay workshop lights are not front of mind but the older style Halide and Halogen lights are inefficient and have relatively short lives.

There is now an efficient solution with the OEX LED 200W High Bay Workshop Lights from NAPA Auto Parts. These are simple plug-in replacements for older style halide and halogen lights.

They are a no-maintenance lighting solution. There is no need to replace globes or spare parts, and the robust die-cast aluminium housing is sealed to a weatherproof IP65 rating, keeping out moisture and dust and aiding heat dissipation.

They plug into a standard 240v socket and have a life of around 50,000 hours. If operated for 60 hours per week, this equates to up to 16 years maintenance-free life for a single purchase. The light output is 28,700 Lumens, enough to illuminate a workshop or warehouse up to 15m high. They produce Bright White 5,700K colour temperature for ideal visibility light while reducing energy consumption and lowering your electricity bill. They are much brighter than halide lights, meaning that less lights are required to light a workshop space.

The OEX High Bay lights from NAPA come with a five-year warranty.
