In July this year IM Group became a part of the industry-leading Ryco Group, and is now offering its total engine management range to New Zealand.  All product categories will be available locally in the Ryco Group warehouse, which will allow customers to take advantage of distribution channels and accessibility from Ryco Group, making ordering easier and more time-efficient by having the goods locally and available for immediate dispatch. 

IM Group began as a family business in Australia, with founder Rex Vandenberg originally purchasing a workshop to service cars in the 1980s. However, Rex’s passion lay in electronics, so after a stint at night school he and one of his brothers started repairing engine computers, and Rex quickly became the go-to man for other workshops and dealerships when it came to finding solutions for difficult-to-diagnose vehicles.
