BNT has you covered for a hot summer

Parts

Like more and more vehicle components, the radiator is rapidly becoming a replace-rather-than-repair item and the savvy service centres out there would do best to have a hotline open to suppliers they can trust.
Suppliers like BNT for example, which has established its branches as specialists in all things automotive, but especially around items which get their customers hot under the collar – and under the bonnet – when those items go wrong.
Imagine: here you are, the busy service shop just getting your head around ‘’Level 2, Phase 3, orange traffic light, can I trade or can’t I and where’s my damn mask?”
Now you have to worry about your customers, who have worked hard all year, endured lockdowns, protests, tense business operations and all they want to do is get away from it all over the summer.
And with all the downtime their vehicles have had, plus the loads those vehicles will be dealing with for summer holiday trips AND the global climate changing weather, well, you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know there’s gonna be trouble in ‘Coolant City’ for some.
Where do they go? To you.
And where do you go? To a BNT branch of course, where you’ll find everything your shop needs to keep your customers cool.
Everything? Well, pretty much.
Over the last three years, BNT has been working with OE quality (and better) coolant specialist, Fenix Radiators, and as a result, Fenix radiator and cooling systems have become a workshop ‘go to’ supplier of quality parts and systems.
It helps that the Fenix radiator brand catalogue has somewhere in excess of 1000 line items!
The extensive Fenix product range includes specialised applications such as intercooler and competition radiators, as well as premium performance radiator systems.
What’s more, it caters to Japanese, European, Korean and American vehicles and, in the case of replacement radiators at least, is covered by a two year/40,000km guarantee, regardless of the type of vehicle.
BNT branches have built a powerful reputation on supplying service centres with product to suit even our diverse national car parc, usually within 24 hours of a trade customer placing an order.
Over the same time, BNT has come to recognise the need for having more than one quality OEM or better parts, components and complete cooling solutions provider, more so now than ever before.
For this reason, BNT has a long-standing partnership with Dayco, a company with over 100 years of supplying essential engine drive systems with cooling playing an integral part of that.
Dayco supplies an alternative and OEM-approved range of cooling, heating and fuel system delivery components as well as timing kits, belts, idlers tensioners and seals, recognised by automakers who won’t – or indeed can’t – settle for second best.
In addition to the above, BNT branches are staffed by a national team of experts, with a wealth of collective knowledge and expertise to answer those curly questions about the quality products they supply, and more besides.
There might also be a few inside tips of the trade – learned over the time that BNT people have spent in the industry – which can make servicing cooling systems that much more efficient from your perspective too.
So, before the holidays kick in properly – and this year, they are likely to be busier than ever – ask yourself if your shop is ready to answer the cooling needs of your hot and bothered customers.
If not; maybe you’re a little light on hoses, clamps, or complete radiators, so perhaps a call to your local BNT branch is in order.
Alternatively, you could go shopping online through the BNT Trade supporter website at www.bntnz.co.nz website.
