BMW has announced that the BMW 3 Series Touring, will also feature the option of all-wheel drive, which it says will be the first time BMW’s xDrive system has been available on a Touring variant in New Zealand.

The new Touring model offers increased technology connectivity, space and functionality and versatility according to BMW New Zealand, and the addition of the all-wheel-drive xDrive models to the 3 Series range was instigated following feedback from BMW fans around the country.

BMW says the new generation 3 Series Touring is lighter, larger and has a more spacious interior compared with the previous model.  It is also more versatile and offers more loading space and flexibility.

The Touring range will feature four distinct model grades consisting of sport line, modern line, luxury line and Motorsport.
