Existing Iveco customers, along with buyers in the market for new commercial vehicles, will be the beneficiaries of a number of recent enhancements to Iveco’s growing dealer network.
In Hamilton a new partnership has been created with Waikato Iveco at 38 Bryant Road, Te Rapa. This new location will be a sales outlet for Iveco Daily vans. This new location allows buyers to access Iveco Daily vehicles in their local area and supports Iveco New Zealand’s goal of growing the number of Daily vans on Kiwi roads.
Ian Walker, general manager of Iveco NZ says: “We are looking forward to our partnership with Waikato Iveco. The team in Te Rapa has already had successful sales in the first month of doing business with us, and we are confident that they are going to continue to contribute to our goals with the New Daily that we launched in December.”
Iveco vehicles, including Daily vans, can continue to be serviced at Tidd Ross Todd – Iveco’s authorsed parts and service dealer in Hamilton.
In other network news, well-known South Island dealer Star Trucks International has signed a contract with Iveco New Zealand to be their authorized Truck & Van sales dealer in Nelson. This is the first full-line independent sales dealer for Iveco in New Zealand.
“This partnership with Star Trucks International makes Iveco vehicles more accessible to South Island buyers and supports Iveco New Zealand’s growth initiatives. Dale Greaves, dealer principal, has been in our industry for decades and brings immense value to the Iveco family,” says Ian.
The dealership is located at 14 Stratford Street, Richmond. Iveco continues to partner with Llloyd Heslop Motors in Nelson for authorized parts and service needs.
Strong partner New Zealand Trucks has also recently signed an agreement to officially make Greymouth an authorized parts and service dealer.
“While this is not a new partnership, we are very pleased to make the Greymouth location an official Iveco location. New Zealand Trucks is an integral partner to the Iveco business in New Zealand and we look forward to growing our partnership in the future,” says Ian. New Zealand Trucks Greymouth is located at Main South Road.
The latest additions to the network bring the total number of Iveco dealerships, branches and authorised Parts and Service outlets in New Zealand to 21.
Iveco ANZ network development manager Matteo Gambaro said that the network updates were designed to enhance the Iveco customer experience across sales, parts and service functions.
“It’s important that we continue to expand the network so that our customers can access a wider selection of Iveco products and services,” Mr Gambaro said.
“By expanding service offerings from existing dealers and strengthening the network with new appointments and facilities, we’re aiming to provide customers with added convenience while increasing our overall range of products and services.
“The network development team is working on additional initiatives, with more announcements to be made in coming months.”
