Bosch celebrates network success

More than 120 Bosch service network participants from Australia and New Zealand joined with almost 50 Bosch and network partner staff at Melbourne’s Crown Promenade Hotel from May 12 to 15 for the 2011 Bosch service network conference.
Whether it was the conference program, the partner/spouse and junior delegate activities or the social networking functions, everything went like clockwork according to Bosch Australia spokesman Mark Jones.
Mr Jones said that each of the eleven presenters was well received and delivered valuable insights for dealers on how they can make changes to their business which will enable them to be more profitable.
MTQ, Alsco, Austbrokers/Allianz, Fuchs Lubricants, IAME, Bosch batteries, Bosch electrical service and Bosch network support services were all present as part of the network partner Expo.
The Expo allowed members to view the new work wear program, discuss options for improving insurance cover and explore new opportunities such as Alsco’s first aid program and Eco safe parts washer. They could also discuss Bosch product options with MTQ and battery partners along with the latest range of services for repairing electronic products through the new Bosch electrical service division.
Also on display were the Bosch car service V8Race car and Borland Racing’s Bosch batteries and car service Formula Ford.
Zinc at Melbourne’s Federation Square was the venue for the inaugural Bosch service Network Awards. Under the theme of Chicago and hosted by MC Marty Fields this was the highlight of the weekend.
